Is this for beginners, or do I need experience?

Both. Some people in the room will be buying their first property, others already own rentals and want to move into multifamily. Brad covers the framework from the ground up, so you won't be lost if you're new, and the deal walkthroughs go deep enough to be worth your time if you're not.

Do I need capital to get started in apartment investing?

No, and that's one of the things we cover. Funding deals without using your own money is one of the four steps in the framework.

What's the difference between General Admission and VIP?

General Admission gets you both full days of training, the 4-Step Framework, real deal walkthroughs, and the pre-event and post-event sessions. VIP adds priority front seating, the Saturday night VIP networking event, a bonus Sunday morning training session, the Home Study Course, and a 1:1 post-event implementation call with a Sumrok advisor.

When and where is it?

Saturday November 14 and Sunday November 15, 2026, in Dallas, Texas. Check-in opens at 8:00 AM Saturday, training runs 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sunday runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The venue address goes out to registered attendees as the date approaches.

Why only 100 seats?

Because that's how many the room holds. It isn't a marketing number. Once they're gone, registration closes.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you're covered by the Day One Guarantee. Come to day one, and if you get to the end of Saturday and don't believe it was worth your time, tell a member of our team before you leave and we'll refund your ticket in full. If you traveled in from outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you'll get three times your ticket price instead, to cover your flight and hotel. Claims must be made in person at the venue before the end of day one.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, up to seven days before the event. Contact us and we'll send the transfer form. Inside seven days we can't process transfers, since the room and catering are finalized at that point.
